NISKAYUNA -- Constance `Connie` DelBalso FitzGerald, 58, of Sussex Way, died suddenly Tuesday, March 14, 2000 at St. Clare's Hospital, after being stricken at home. Born in Albany, June 15, 1941, she was the beloved daughter of Anthony DelBalso of Rensselaer, NY and the late Millie Miano DelBalso and the beloved wife of Kent G. FitzGerald, whom she married June 23, 1962. She was a graduate of the former St. John's High School in Rensselaer and had lived in the Capital District all her life.
