Sep. 5--QUESTION: I received a glider rocker as a gift. When I lean to the left or right, this rocker falls over in that direction and I have fallen several times. I am afraid of a serious fall.
It recently occurred to me -- after yet another fall -- that perhaps this rocker has been recalled, and I wonder if there is any possibility that you may maintain a file of such items.
The sticker on the bottom gives a Canadian address. This was a gift, I do not have the sales receipt or know where the rocker was purchased.
